30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not happy with your TalGlow purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — full refund or replacement.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at talglowireland@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for the return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item (if return is required). We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly sent items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us with a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the customer portal link in your subscription confirmation email. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
